HTOO, THAW OF BYB GYM NOT SLOWING

A week after Backyard Boxing Gym’s Hser Htoo, 15 and Moo Thaw, 16 boxed in Nebraska, the pair were back at it a week later. The Minnesota amateur boxers along with coach’s Jose Becerra and Say Poe traveled to Iowa City, Iowa on Saturday, May 7th, 2022 to compete at Iowa’s ICOR Boxing Clubs boxing show. Coach Becerra told MinnesotaBoxing.com that the boxers lost very close decisions and boxed great while representing MN. Htoo boxed an opponent from Davenport, Iowa while Thaw met a boxer based out of Chicago, Illinois.
