Grand Casino Hinckley will be hosting the Upper Midwest Golden Gloves three-day tournament for NOVICE & OPEN boxers

Friday, July 15^th: The Four Regional Tournament: Weigh In/Medical 3pm, bout time 7pm

Saturday, July 16^th: Semi Finals: Weigh In/Medical 9am, bout time 7pm

Sunday, July 17^th: Championships: Weigh In/Medical 9am, bout time 7pm

Boxers Qualifications:

1. OPEN boxers: Must have a minimum of 5 bouts total with 2 bouts fought on or after August 7^th 2021 at time of registration. NOVICE boxers: Must have a minimum of 2 bouts that were fought on or after August 7^th 2021.

2. Boxer must be 18 years of age by the time of registration.

3. Citizenship is not required.

5. OPEN boxer: bouts will be 3/3’s NOVICE boxers: bouts will be 3/2’s

6. Boxer must box for the region they are registered in through USA Boxing.

10. NOTE: Only OPEN boxers that box for the UMGG Championship will qualify for the Golden Gloves National tournament to be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma August 6-13^th 2022.

Registration: Registration will begin May 23^rd 2022 and will end on June 14^th 2022 by 5pm central standard time. Registration fee of $25 per boxer. All boxers, coaches, and officials must register online for this tournament. All participating boxers must have their picture, physical and birth certificate uploaded to their USA Boxing 2022 registration card in order to register.

Men: 106, 112, 119, 125, 132, 139, 147, 156, 165, 176, 189, 203, 203+

Women: 106, 110, 114, 119, 125, 132, 139, 146, 178, 178+,
