MINNESOTA’S JOSH CLARK GIVES UNDEFEATED PROSPECT FIRST LOSS ON PPV SHOW

23 year old Lightweight Joshua Clark (7-1, 2 KO’s) of Fridley, MN defeated previously unbeaten Dorian Bostic (13-1, 12 KO’s), 35, by unanimous decision earlier tonight at the Casino Miami Jai Alai in Miami, Florida.

Journalist Tim Hocking (Tim Boxeo) told MN Boxing that Clark made it an rough and tough fight while outworking Bostic. Clark’s father and coach James Clark says that the team studied film prior and saw that Bostic could crack but given the counter-punching style of Josh, team Clark felt that they could take advantage of their opponents aggressiveness. It worked as Clark scored the huge win by wide margins of 60-54, 59-55, and 58-56.

Don King Productions presented the action with the PPV main event between Adrien Broner and Bill Hutchinson still to come later tonight. Clark shared with us prior to the fight that he expected a tough opponent and was excited for the challenge on this type of platform/stage.
