MARTY LINDQUIST SEEKS REDEMPTION TOMORROW NIGHT IN IOWA

Former MN State light-heavyweight title challenger Marty “The Wolfman” Lindquist (14-12, 11 KO’s) of Blaine, Minnesota returns to action tomorrow night at the Abu-Bekr Temple in Sioux City, Iowa. Lindquist turned pro in 1994 and has spent 28 years competing all over the country while entertaining fans with his hard-hitting style. Lindquist, who trains boxers at Valhalla Combat in Fridley will face Robert Hill (3-6) of Louisiana in a four round light-heavyweight bout.

This is my shot at redemption, my chance to get things back on track and I’m making the most of it. I’m going back to what has worked for me before- body shots and haymakers!”

Lindquist weighed in at Friday’s weigh-ins at 183 pounds while Hill was heavier at 189.
