WBA-NABA Middleweight champion Robert “Bravo” Brant improved his undefeated record to 22 wins with 15 knockouts last month at the Grand Casino in Hinckley, Mn with a first round win over Alexis Hloros (18-6-1).  Brant fought in the main event on January 20th, 2017 on a card that also saw 28 year old Minneapolis super lightweight Delorian Caraway (8-1) win a majority decision over Wisconsin’s Deonte Wilson (5-2).

Brant is currently the WBA’s number 3 ranked middleweight in the world and his promoter Greg Cohen told Minnesotaboxing.com that he expects notification from the WBA regarding a final eliminator.

” He has developed into one of the top middleweights in the world and I can’t wait for him to showcase his talents in a big fight” said Cohen.  “In my heart of hearts I believe that Rob Brant will be the one to take away GGG’s (Gennady Golovkin) 0”
