Minnesota resident and Iowa native Cruse Stewart returns to the ring tonight in Iowa, taking on veteran journeyman Armando Reeves of Missouri. Stewart (8-4, 6 KOs), born in Illinois, hit the scales at 177 pounds Friday night, while Reeves (4-23) came in at 185 pounds.
Stewart enters the bout after facing a string of tough prospects in his last four fights. Reeves, who last fought May 10 in a losing effort at 194 pounds, brings years of ring experience across dozens of bouts.
