Muwendo, who will be fighting for the first time since signing with Top Rank says it was his best camp to date.

It’s been one of the best camps ever” said Muwendo. “I trained three times a day plus a run at night. I learned a lot from Terence (Crawford) especially about defense. The weight cut went perfect. Terene Crawford’s dietition Paulina (with Perfecting Athletes) helped me to be in the best shape of my life.

“We have a good game plan for my opponent and have been working on different things. Every fight, they come with a different game plan and technique. So I have to be ready for anything he does in the ring. Not just what he has done in the past. The fans can expect a good fight. We are ready. There is no added pressure fighting for Top Rank because I am going to go in there and do what I always do. I’m looking forward to Saturday night.”
