Minneapolis – FIGHT NIGHT 2020 features a full slate headlined by former World Champion Caleb Truax this Saturday, January 25 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Tony G Presents will host the official press conference this Thursday, January 23 at Superior Performance Center in New Hope starting at 1pm. The press conference is open to the public. The weigh-‐in will also be at Superior Performance Center on Friday, January 24, at 3 p.m.

This stacked undercard features several top talents from Minnesota such as Celso Ramirez (7-‐1), Danny Huffman (3-‐0-‐1), Ve Shawn Owens (11-‐2), Charles Meier (8-‐4-‐2), Jesse Walters (2-‐0), Terrence Walker (Pro Debut), Nick Compton (1-‐2) and Andrew Case Allen (Pro Debut).

Rounding out the main card, Amy Lemenager (1-‐0) of Duluth, will take on the undefeated Leslie Pope (3-‐0) from Kansas City, MO. The 10-‐round main event will feature the pride of Minnesota, “Golden” Caleb Truax (30-‐4-‐2) facing David Basajjamivule (16-‐4-‐1).

“I didn’t get many rounds in 2019, so I’m chomping at the bit to get back in the ring and have a big 2020,” Truax says. “I look forward to going out and putting on a show in front of my hometown fans and all of #TeamTruax then jumping back into a big-‐time fight soon after.”

Truax had to withdraw from a highly-‐anticipated match August 31 against Peter Quillin because of an Achilles tendon injury, but his rehab has gone according to plan.

“Caleb had a challenging year, so I’m thrilled that he’s returning to the ring at the Minneapolis Convention Center, where he’s had some memorable fights,” says Tony Grygelko, founder of Tony G Presents.

Superior Performance Center is located at 9220 Bass Lake RD #350, New Hope, MN 55428.
