Boxing fans are in for a full weekend of amateur boxing action, with three shows lined up across Minnesota and just across the border in Wisconsin.
This afternoon, Boyd Davis and the Peek A Boo Boxing Gym crew host a live amateur boxing show just over the border in River Falls, Wisconsin. The action begins at 2 PM at Peek A Boo Boxing Gym, 265 Mound View Road, River Falls, WI. Tickets will be available at the door for $20 general admission. Expect an exciting afternoon as area boxers step into the ring to test their skills.
Also today in Minneapolis, Circle of Discipline, Inc. presents “Fight Night” at Green Central Gym, 3416 4th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN. Doors open at 1 PM with bouts set to begin at 2 PM. The action continues Sunday, April 27, with CMB Gym hosting the “Cinco de Mayo Boxing Showdown” at Burnsville High School, 600 E Highway 13, Burnsville, MN. Doors open at 1 PM and the first bout is scheduled for 2 PM. Tickets will be available at the door withanother great chance to catch some of Minnesota’s amateur boxers.
