Douglasville, GA — In front of a charged-up crowd at Legacy Arena on Friday night, Alissa Boltz of Buffalo, MN delivered a clutch performance for the Atlanta Attack, winning her featherweight bout by decision over Kenesha Johnson of the Miami Assassins in Team Combat League action on Saturday night.
Boltz, known for her fast hands and gritty determination, defeated Johnson in a one-round fight, helping to keep her team ahead on the scoreboard deep into the night. Boltz used her height, jab, annd right hand to control the action which earned her the judges’ nod, adding valuable points to the Attack’s total.
Despite her efforts, Atlanta ultimately fell short in the team score, with the Miami Assassins narrowly pulling out a 172-170 victory.
