WALTERS, KOLLE RETURN TO ACTION SEPTEMBER 15TH IN SUPERIOR
Benna Ford, Roush, Saleen
of Superior and Fond-du-Luth Casino of Duluth present "Superior
Showdown II" Friday Night Fights; a professional boxing card featuring
Co-Main event fights with
Zach "Jungleboy"Walters and Andy "Kaos" Kolle on September
15th at the Wessman Arena in
Superior, Wisconsin. Both bouts are scheduled for 8 rounds.
Zach "Jungleboy"
Walters, 14-1 (11 KO's) is slated to face Jamaican former world title
challenger
Lloyd "Jabba" Bryan, 22-13 (10 KO's). Bryan is the current NABC
cruiserweight champion,
though the bout will be contested at light heavyweight and Bryan's belt
is not at stake.
Andy "Kaos" Kolle,
9-1 (7 KO's), also returns to the ring in the co- main event to take on
veteran
Terry Tock, 17-8 (9 KO's) of Holden, MO. Kolle looks to rebound from his
first loss against
Olympic gold medalist Andre Ward on HBO this past April.
Chuck Horton, manager and trainer
for both fighters, commented on their upcoming fights,
"Every fight is a test to the top. The opponents only fight harder
and faster on the way up.
This is a rare opportunity for the boxing fans of the Twin Ports to witness
the climb."
Wilton "Pretty Warrior"
Hilario, 3-0 (3 KO's) returns to the Twin Ports area for the third time
in
a six round bout. Tyler Gould, 2-0 (2 KO's), Robert Miller (pro debut)
and Phillip Williams,
1-0 (1 KO) will also be featured in four round attractions.
"Superior Showdown II"
Friday Night Fights will be September 15, 2006 at the Wessman
Arena in Superior, Wisconsin at 8 p.m.; gates open at 7 p.m. General Admission
tickets ($25)
and Floor seats ($35) go on sale next Wednesday, August 23rd at the following
