JJ "The Native Sensation" Corn (47-21, 26 KO's) and Chris "The Incredible" Holt (15-9, 9 KO's) are set to headline tomorrow nights fight card at the Shooting Star Casino in Mehnomen, MN.
The match up pits two 35 year old midwest boxing veterans together in a bout both feel they have the edge in.

Holt, who will be fighting near his hometown of Detroit Lakes said he expects the match up to be a barn burner.
"I definitly have a game plan that I have been working on." Said Holt. "JJ is a good fighter but I have been working hard. We match up pretty well height wise. We both fight with a ton of heart so I wouldn't be surprised if we slug it out. I plan on boxing him but if he brings it to me, he is going to run into some punches."

Corn also hinted at the possibility of fireworks when asked to give his thoughts on the matchup.
"I finally get to fight somebody that is my size!" Corn joked. "I will actually have a little reach on him. But I am going to try to box him in the begginning. Who knows what will happen if I get tagged though. We are both the kind of fighters who fight with a lot of heart and never back down. Knowing our styles, this could turn into a shoot out."

Both fighters admit that their days in the ring might soon be coming to an end. But the fact that both men are meeting at the same point in their careers is what adds to the intrigue of the match up.

Corn: "I've been doing this (boxing) for 23 years. No disrespect to Chris but I feel like neither of us are at where we were few years ago. I don't see myelf boxing past the end of the year, it's been a long road. But we both still have something to prove. He doesn't back down and neither do I. You are going to see two hard working individuals in the ring so I hope everybody comes out to see a good fight."

Holt: There are things that I want to do outside of boxing but I will always be a part of it one way or the other." Said Holt after revealing this will most likely be his last bout. "It is going to be nice to fight in my backyard. I have never lost there and I plan on staying undefeated. I want to thank all the people who have supported me over the years.
