RYAN HAMILTON IN OUR PRAYERS

Ryan Hamilton, who is the face of amateur boxing journalism, is now in the fight of her life. Ryan's friend Carolee Mengel shared the following note via Ryan's website forum. Please keep Ryan in your prayers.
I just wanted to let everyone know that Ryan Hamilton who is the founder of Live From Ringside is now fighting the fight of her life....I am so happy so many of the boxers who have used this website have contacted Ryan via her Caring Bridge Website. Ryan is unable to access her messages from this or any other of her email accounts due to her illness. Many of you know what is happening but there is so many more who do not....Ryan has a brain tumor called an astrocytoma, Doctors believe she has had it most of her life if not all, she has had surgeries, chemo and radiation non has been effective in stopping this tumor from growing.....Ryan has an incredible spirit and has fought the best fight she can, now it is in Gods hands. There is something that all of you CAN do to help her though....she needs to know she made a difference in other peoples lives.....
I want to tell everyone a little about the Ryan I know....Ryan not only started LiveFromRingside.com, took pictures and wrote about amateur boxers, she also was a strong advocate for homeless youth but she was an awesome friend to everyone, a sister, a daughter, a confidant to many and a hero to all. She cares about everyone but she loves the kids.....Please, Please help me to get her messages from the kids in the gyms...if your a mother help your son write on the Caring Bridge Website, a boxer tell her what the website and her encouragement mean to you, a coach, official or just a fan....tell her one of those crazy times you had....one that made you smile because it will make her smile :D She said a long time ago please don't let anyone pity me, tell them to remember the fun we had and I am asking that all of you join me in celebrating Ryan and letting her know HOW MUCH WE ALL CARE! She sees all of the messages and she laughs and she remembers......Thank you to all who have made her so happy, she loves everyone even those who drive her a little crazy and that would include me...
